The Border Collie: the world's premier sheepdog...a tireless worker with extraordinary intelligence...a devoted partner and beloved companion.
But an unhealthy Border Collie can be none of these.
The power of good health is in your hands. Please support the Border Collie Health Foundation, Inc.
The Mission
The Border Collie Health Foundation is currently pursuing 501(c)3 nonprofit status. The organization has three objectives:
- To further the understanding of diseases, genetic anomalies, and injuries which affect Border Collies
- To support and promote scientific research which benefits Border Collies
- To disseminate information about the health of Border Collies
In addition to the above-named goals, the foundation has one unwritten but critical objective:
- To garner support from ALL Border Collie lovers. After all, healthy dogs are everyone's first priority!

The Border Collie Health Foundation needs you! Please donate your time and talents so that the foundation can betgin to benefit our beloved breed as soon as possible. Consider the following examples of volunteer opportunities:
- Data entry
- Copy and collate
- Assist with mailings
- Organization and implementation of fundraisers
- A myriad of large and small projects yet to be determined!
In addition, if you have any professional experience in accounting, public relations, or fundraising, we'd love to hear from you!
